We need volunteers to help with set-up and continental breakfast as well as cooking and serving lunch for upward of 400 people!
Set-up will begin at 6:30 am on Saturday February 3, 2018. We will be setting up tables in Hennessy and Courtyard, refreshments stands, and donuts.
Fr. Michael Gailtey will be celebrant at the morning Mass. We need Knights to limit number of people from walking in during Mass by mistake. The official sessions with Fr. Michael Gailtey starts at 9:00 am.
Brother Knights will be needed to help cooking and courtyard set-up from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. We are going to be cooking lunch for the retreat of hamburgers and brats. We will be serving lunch for upward of 400 people starting at 11:30 am to 12:45 pm
We will be needed for clean-up and maintain refreshment tables thru-out afternoon ending around 4:00 pm. Mass will be celebrated at 5:00 pm .
Also reminder any Knight waiting to attend the event the Marian Missionaries have waved the fee for our Brothers since we are helping with the event. Mike Threadgill needs the name to put on all brothers wishing to attend the retreat on the will call list. Click here to e-mail him. Also there is a free lecture Friday night, February 2, 2018 starting at 7:15 pm. It’d be outstanding to get ton of our Knights out to show support and learn more about our Mother Mary and Mercy.
