Knights’ Lenten Retreat

40 Hours In 40 Days

Beginning on Ash Wednesday, March 2, 2022, the Knights will join together in prayer by doing two things throughout Lent:

1. We will give one hour a day to reading, prayer and reflection. This including:
   1. Praying the rosary
   2. Reading and reflecting on Bishop Barron’s Lenten Reflections.
      1. Additional suggested readings for reflection is The Imitation of Christ by Thomas A. Kempis and Bible in a Year with Fr. Mike Schmitz

2. We will meet on Saturday Mornings after the 8:30 am mass until 10:00 am (March 5^th, 12^th, 19^th, 26^th, April 2^nd and 9^th)
   1. Durring these meetings we will pray through the steps of Lectio Divina.
   2. And discuss the readings over coffee.
