While we begin to emerge from the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, our council remains cautious with our annual events. One event that our community of St Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church has missed is our monthly pancake breakfasts. We have been working with local officials, parish officials, and diocesan officials to make it possible for us to bring back this event in a new safe way. We are excited to offer the same mouthwatering food, blueberry and regular pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and breakfast burritos from our new drive-thru and walk-up service. We served 123 meals and had 14 volunteers working the event. This month also provided free breakfast for all those participating in the RCIA this year. Our breakfasts remain a completely donation-only event, so we thank all for their generosity. Proceeds allow us to continue our mission to support our parish and community.
